To qualify, the customer must genuinely and substantially complete the prescribed 100-Day implementation process, the key milestone reviews, Day 100 Completion Assessment, post-completion observation period, and Day 120 Final Outcome Review.
Refund requests must be submitted between Day 120 and Day 150 after purchase.
Reasonable missed days or minor incomplete entries do not automatically disqualify a customer.
